Guinea fowl with respiratory issues!

Sorry coming in late - def a respiratory infection, some you can do more for than others. I used enrofloxin (Baytril) powder, you can find generic online for abt $30. It comes in a foil pouch.
Best to have her separated so you aren't medicating entire flock, as it goes in the water. I used a small water bottle for easy mixing and less waste, as it has to be changed daily, dosage is based on wt.
Probably a sinus infection. No matter how hard we try, birds are dusty creatures. I use a qtip with a bit of neosporin, and with gloved hands, clear their nostils when they seem especially dusty/dirty.

Thank you, Sydney. I will look into that as well. Nellie is separated, so I can treat her. One question though. She is separated with one other guinea fowl she gets along with, is it okay if he drinks the same water??

Just curious, why not?
Only treat birds that are sick, symptomatic.

The All in One has other ingredients besides Tylosin that will not treat bacterial respiratory disease. Amprolium is a Coccidiostat, not an antibiotic. Levamisole is an anthelmintic, not an antibiotic. Ronidazole is used to treat Trichomoniasis (Canker), it is an antiprotozoal/antiparasitic medication, but may have some antibacterial properties to help with canker infection.

You're thinking you want to treat Bacterial Respiratory Infection, so either the Tylosin will help or the Baytril as suggested.
