And I am happy to say that my adult hen decided to play nice with the new ones. I was so relieved. I watched them all day long. She was slightly bossy, kinda of like a mom or big sis. More good news...I definitely have hens in the new bunch.

After the murders, all my boys go to bed early. The killers (not sure who ate them) ate all my girls. Now I have six boys, no eggs. Need girls if anyone has any .

Sorry...I thought I might know someone in your area if you lived in the Midwest, but don’t know anyone with guineas in California. If you want adults rather than keets, so you know for sure that your getting females, you might try craigslist.

We got chickens a while ago they are full grown so we started free ranging them.
the first time we let them out the guineas had to try to show them who was boss and chased them around for awhile but the chickens almost looked like they couldn't be bothered

now when we let the chickens out in the morning they run to the guinea's feeder to get the higher protein food but the guineas sneak in to the chicken coop and eat the calcium rich chicken food
