If you figure out what to do with lamb, let me know, because I have a good source, but I have ruined it EVERY single time, even when I use a meat thermometer--it comes out like shoe leather. I usually just buy ground lamb and use it that way because of my ineptitude in cooking the steaks or chops.

I wish that they had lamb in this area, but we cant find anyone who sells it privately and none of the stores carry it. I would give my eye teeth for lamb in the freezer...
