No telling how many girls ...plus she has 30 non stop broodys.

She is probably close to 1000 already.

In the past year, I've slaughtered 34 roosters. Around here, no one wants them except to eat. Most people have too many roos. So to freezer camp they go. After all that organic food we fed them, we need to get something back. I currently have 8 sexually mature roos (5 are in a bachelor pad), 2 that are 20 weeks but haven't started jumping hens yet and 6 that are almost 3 weeks old (sex linked). So I have more slaughtering to do soon.

Whites. And I may have Speckled Sussex and more EEs booked. Maybe I have enough EEs...it looks like I got mostly pullets. I think.

Maybe that's what I SHOULD be doing.

I have a few birds...maybe too many.
