Half breed guess?

My rooster is half "purebred" something. She said Aracana but I doubt that very much. He is clean faced though many of his hatchmates had beards while none of the possible mothers did. His chest is mottled red and black and hes very good natured. Just for fun, If you had to guess what his "purebred" half was...what would you guess?

I can't answer your question, but you can definitely rule out araucana.

Tough to say. His coloring suggests Rhode Island red or New Hampshire, but the legs are white, which suggests Sussex or Orpington. Which of these possible breeds was the purebred would be difficult or impossible to say. I doubt he had any Araucana in him, but maybe some Easter egger.

Beautiful roo whatever he is. My eye sight isn't great but, looks like one of his legs is thinner than the other.
