Half Shell Hatch-A-Long! (Caution, unsuccessful, please read whole thread before attempting)

Also, my sister opened her other chicken egg so she could watch it. It's on day 14. Here are a couple pics of her's. The membrane is so much clearer since she just opened it a couple days ago. So here is what ET looked like on day 14. My sister's has feathered feet and a pea comb. It's a pretty dark brown chick it looks like. So here are some pics, they're pretty incredible.

ET is on day 17 today, she sure seems to be doing well! Today I think I'm going to open my day 15 intact BLRW egg. Do you think I should open the air cell or the pointy end? ET has the pointy end ipen since I thought the air cell might be too hard to see through because of the extra membrane. What do you all think? I'll post some pics of ET in just a minute. All I can really see is some yolk, veins, and a milky color.
 
So, here's ET right now, Day 17.
Should I take off the saran wrap or put some holes in the wrap for more oxygen? When I took off the wrap to take these pics ET peeped! Twice! Also, any ideas on what this white "stuff" is would be great.
