Half Shell Hatch-A-Long! (Caution, unsuccessful, please read whole thread before attempting)

I have some sad news. I've been really dreading posting this. Yesterday at some point baby ET passed away. I don't know why. When I opened the incubator (I was going to take all the eggs over to the NR) I noticed there were no veins left. No movement, nothing. I opened her up and "eggtopsied" her. I have pics if anyone wants to see them. I feel like I failed. I'm sorry.

Aww, sorry MGG. It's not your fault. Look how many don't make it under perfect bator conditions or under the moms. I'm really impressed that this worked like it did and you got this far. I had never heard of such a thing.

You didn’t fail. She could’ve been one that would’ve been a quitter regardless.

It was the consistency of watery yogurt or something. I'll do pics in 15 minutes or so, we're heading to town and I'll have time on the drive.
