Halifax Election - make this an issue!

Hello out there to all you Haligonians or anyone else anywhere that is having a municipal election on top of your federal one! Phone up your candidates and ask them what they want to do about encouraging city owners to keep back-yard chickens. And take notes and get others to do the same and understand it is an issue that if understood correctly will tell you alot about the candidate.
