My lady sent the tracking number early so I’m sure to get them the 9th settle and set on the morning of the tenth. I’ve bleached my bator, calibrated my thermometers and am ready! I currently 6 bearded d’uccle that are 1 week and 2 seramas that are 6 days and they are all so loving. Oh and one egg that was supposed to be serama turned into a Cochin, . So the polish I’ll be setting should have good company!

Is there a contest or prize for this? I saw Mike made a post about a bare space for that. What sort of chicken items are being looked for? I would be happy to contribute.

There are contests set up every year for things like egg decorating, costume contests, etc. The prizes for them are often member-donated, so the more prizes we have lined up the more we can run.
Anything fowl related, really. BYC stuff, BYC gift certificates, poultry literature, clothing like socks/aprons, decorative stuff---you name it. Even had a chicken vacuum cover one year! They can be new or used in good condition, and it can be direct from Amazon too if you wish. PM Mike or me if you'd like to donate something.
