I think we’re going to give up on our last egg. S/he didn’t make it for some reason but we have four very lively chicks. They are eating and drinking and occasionally peeping. Clean butts, too, so far!

I finally figured out that was supposed to be “tomorrow”.

It’s cold and raining, and it was a relief to realize that the quail are okay inside the big coop. Of course, they never got wet, but now I don’t have to worry about anything.

All 30 of mine are still doing good. I'm trying not to candle them, I did all 30 last night. I know some won't make it out.
