I ALWAYS say "Good Night," to the egglets ... and if temps are going really low, I'll nest a beach towel 'round the 'bator to keep in the warmth without compromising the ventilation. Does that count?
:highfive: Exactly what I meant. I have an old, drafty house. Without the heat on, even 65* feels like forty because of the drafts (A good example of how coop drafts feel). So I wrap up the incubator when it’s cold in here. :lol:
I’ve been forbidden to hatch any more eggs right now so I’ll have to sit this one out but I’ll watch and see all the cuties
No one can get mad if the eggs just fall into the incubator. Besides, you aren’t technically incubating if you put a duster on top. Then it’s a broody hen. :thumbsup
