Yes. They're pretty low quality as most things from a hatchery. Main issues were size, tail angle and comb.

Edit: Type and color were way off too.

I'd put them in same league yeah. If you want better ones and are having a hard time finding a specialty breeder go with Urch. Everything he has is above hatchery grade, by varying amounts, but it's still miles ahead of Hatchery stuff.
