I want to type up something simple and informative to attach to the carton of eggs I give to my students and their families. I have so many eggs and I discovered that some of my vegitarian and other concerned students want some farm fresh eggs from chickens that are spoiled rather than tortured. I don't want to give them false info.
I wash my eggs with water that is warmer than the egg.. is that right? I use mildly soapy water. I dunk them in water to test their freshness but I don't let them sit in it and I dry them off ASAP because I notice they get rings around them if there water sits on them.
Does anybody have something they print off when they sell or give their eggs away? Thanks!
