How will I turn the eggs without the hitting each other? it looks kinda cramped to even turn them?

I know that Brinsea has their cooling option to imitate the hen moving off the nest. According to their information, their study shows that this increased hatch rates, after -- was it day 7???
I don't have it yet, it might be here tomorrowAren't there instructions?
