Ok this is all of my first batch. I left the last egg in there but i dont think its going to hatch. :(. Now im just waiting on the Ameracaunas. Only one has pipped. Hopefully some hatch. :fl

No I can't see anything. When I shine the light into it it's all dark like you can't see light at all..

Have you changed your batteries lately or tried a different flashlight?

Does the egg still feel very warm when you hold it?

Sometimes I have "felt" movement in my hand on the final eggs.

I've also noticed, and its nothing "scientific", but DIS eggs seem to roll easily, like when barely touched with your finger, or when bumped by another chick. Ones with chicks still living inside will roll a little, but kinda like a weeble (showing my old age), they seem to go right back to the spot they were sitting on. I hope that makes sense.

Interesting, I have noted that too.

This one moved on its own the first day they all started hatching so I know it was alive then. I'm not sure about the rolling. I have other eggs in lockdown so I had to be quick getting it in and out. I heard no peeping though or even pecks. Only one of the Ameracaunas have pipped so I hope those are ok as well.. :(
Edit the egg does still feel warm.

Jennifer you should pip it, if this I'd 2days past due
I waited 3days on these two peeps&well a photo says a thousand words. They where well, active&wiggling they ran out of room shrunk down and suffocated. Amy Lyn was too nice&says maybe an infection in one on left(sacs coloration) but I've hatched enough now to know my lack of experience&knowledge killed them.(that was my first hatch). Thank heavens no one's locking me up for trying to hatch. (Fricken laws make me SICK) I strongly suggest you pip the shell&gently tug open a Nicole sized surface area of the shell(with tweezers sterilze&wash your hands&area before I start) pick a clean non vien spot on membrane. IF the chicks not dead already immediately the light& stimulation should stir it to want to un-egg itself. Hate to sit here&let a formed chick waste away if I can help. Just my two cents.
Be brave!
