Hands on hatching and help

Anything I can do for it? Warm water seems to help. Not sure how much yolk it's absorbed either doesn't look like much

Until it's done absorbing and navel is closed and clear, not much... once it's up on its feet and strong, then you can soak it (holding head out of water) in warm water and use a mild dish soap to help loosen it up and rinse it off...

shall I just continue rubbing warm water on it with a Qtip? Just so it does go hard and not being able to move? Poor thing is really working on absorbing it

Ok aslong as I'm not harming it or slowing it down doing that. Coffee is my best friend right now!! I won't be as worried when the yolk gets absorbed

Nope, no harm as long as it doesn't get chilled... getting it worked up a bit, a little aggravated, or just yelling here and there will actually speed things up a bit, lol... when circulation gets going it pulls blood in the veins in a bit quicker and things just get moving...

When my dog barks it seems to get some energy maybe I should bark at it every now n then lol. I've got the incubator near my quail chicks brooder it seems to like hearing them chirping

Whilst dabbing it with warm water I checked on the yolk and it looks like it's absorbed half of what it was and the veins are thinning so now it seems the sleepless night was so worth it

its very weak it can't keep its head up is there anything I can do or give it? I really want it to survive I've been up over 24 hours I don't want it to be for nothing

Awww!
I thought you had it in a cup. It may help if you stand it up. Like with a small cup, or small bowl like plastic butter tub, etc. Paper towel in the bottom, set the shell in the bottom, snuggle him in. My only little ICU baby from my last hatch took a couple extra hours.
