So exciting!! I almost wish I could go back to bed so that it would be over when I wake up lol. The suspense is killing me lmao..

I will say that the suspense and excitement hasn't changed for me, even after dozens of hatches!

Yes, my "e" is always missing there....lol Too often we type like we talk, and I'm a bad one for that...lol Yes and no, you "join". And then you build boards. I think you search and find pns w/o joining, but you can't pin....I think....Between recipes and chicken stuff, I have most everything covered....lol You can find ideas for just about anything on Pinterest. I use it a lot for homeschooling too, not to mention cake designs.....I could go on and on....lol

Pintrest has cute ideas but you def don't have to,join to check stuff out. Amy you are so creative&smart probably half the things on pintrest you have "like been there&already done that"...shucks even got the tee shirt

Oh I forgot to say, I had another surprise chick hatch in my Eco 40. It was an olive egg that I tossed in on a whim. Wasn't able to candle since the shell was so dark and I forgot when its hatch date was. Well, apparently the answer was yesterday because I found it in my Eco 40 when I heard it peeping in there. It was never in lockdown, was turned the whole time, and I never raised humidity. It hatched out fine. That's two this year that've done that. I think they're tougher than we give them credit for.

The first 19 or so days do get easier, but hatch days are still awesome!
