I would try treating them Cochins for cocci. It won't hurt them. Maybe do a low dose of corid. I have the pic of the dosing info, if you want it. I had one awhile back, poop was good but she was acting out of it, puffed up, droopy wings, I treated everyone with a dose just to be on the safe side, followed by a week of extra vits.

First thing I would do is calibrate a separate thermometer & hygrometer and then put both in the incubator so you can check and see how accurate the readings are. I only let shipped eggs rest 12 hours and then I set them in the cartons in the incubator (pointy end down) and I don't touch them for 24 hours. Then, as Amy said, my plan would go by how the air cells look!! Candle them gently and check on how big the air cells look and how damaged they are. Do they wobble side to side? Or do they totally float around the egg?...all the way or half way?
