I am a little torn. 2 eggs appear to be DIS or if not yet, on their way to be. Very faint "breathing" motion under the membrane. The 3rd and final egg seems to be an internal pip but I'm not 100% sure. It's not your typical internal pip. I can definitely see some kind of movement in the air cell and when I tap on the shell I definitely hear something in return...kinda a tapping or scratching noise in response. I think I heard peeping-faintly but with so much peeping from the brooder and incubator I can't be positive it was from the egg. Definitely not the usual, healthy peeping you hear from an internal pip. I've got a lot going on in general right now and I'm debating on what to do. I really don't want to deal with a chick with big issues right now but what if it's a perfectly healthy chick that just got a little mixed up in position. Hmmmm. Should I make a tiny hole, enough to take a peek and see what's going on??
Could be splash, you're right! Not paint, I don't think. She does not breed any paint. All the chicks are in a sleeping coma right now. I don't like to really mess with them until they are up on their feet & looking around for trouble. But once they are I can't wait to examine each chick and check out their traits. I'll get pics of the two lighter ones too.
Seeing as you have already had a great hatch, I would let nature run its course....whatever that may be.
