Hands on hatching and help

Yes, it says fertile. My last two attempts didn't work out so well.

I've read the age of the eggs can effect the hatch rate. The one I have is almost 2 weeks old according to the date on the carton.
The batch i have in the bator now were as well and 3 are developing great and on day 11. Sending good vibes to your egg's!

Ok. I'll make a note of that.

I've read eggs can be incubated using other methods.

Anything you can recommend?
Nothing other than an incubator. If your bator is homemade, keep your temp at 99.5 if you have a fan, 102 if still air. Humidity at 35. Temp and humidity being stable is critical for a successful hatch and be sure you are turning them atleast 3 times a day minimum

Oh, I thought so...

What's her temperament like?

I've read different stories on this site about people who have Leghorns. Some say they're very gentle while others can be extremely skittish.
