Or at the very least, the one in Pyxis' link... I had a 1602N before and it was solid too... passed it on to another when I got the Genesis...

I have the 1583, and I love it. Tiny bit cheaper than the 1588, non digital, but has that nice big picture window and holds a steady temp. Mine (w/o Turner) was $122 from Amazon.

Usually about 24hrs is my comfort time... how long has yours been pipped?

Btw, glad to see you again! I have a link for you, gotta go grab it... :)

The one egg in question, since late yesterday afternoon, about 18 hours now. Two chicks that piped before it already are out as well as one that pipped last night. I have two others working on getting out, moving around in their eggs, and one egg hasn't done anything at all yet.

Good to see you too! ^_^

Many times the earlier pippers end up hatching after the later ones, so don't let that timeline worry you... is it chirping, moving, active? Resting in between? As long as the pip hole doesn't look like it has gotten dry and it is not in distress, I would leave it longer... how is your humidity?

Oh, and here is the link to the FB page, no "dues" asked to be paid, lol... my other half is on there... ;)
