Depending on how much is not absorbed, if it's just a small pea size bump, it should be safe to let it wiggle out of the shell, keep it restricted to an area so it can't hurt itself, on something soft, like a cotton rag, etc.

Thanks that puts my mind at ease. This is my first time using a chicken to hatch duck eggs. I think I much prefer my incubator lol.Don't worry too much. Momma silkie is the best at getting them to hatch
