Hard lump on the left side on the neck

Do I have a friend that's chicken had a hard mass on the left side of the throat, opposite the crop. It looks scabby and odd. I believe she's acting normal otherwise, does anyone know what this is? https://m.facebook.com/groups/242226162616961?view=permalink&id=854298551409716

It almost looks like and infected wound. It might be a callus, does her chest drag on the ground? When did your friend discover it? And can your friend please give you more pics?
