Hard neck

9 month old hen, crested cream legbar.
Just noticed overnight, this morning she's got a slumped back end and her neck feels hard and u-shaped between her crop and her beak. It's very warm in that area too.
Not eating or drinking.
She isn't moving around a lot either. When I put her down she kind of laid on her side for a while and that's when I went to go get my phone to do some research. Please help she's drinking now.
I can't figure out how to delete my post. Maybe I should give her more time

Can you post any pictures of her? Has she always appeared normal in appearance and could she have suffered an injury? Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease, and what do you feed her?

She passed the following night.
She was vaccinated. She was acting normal the days prior. So strange.
