You did an amazing job helping her and I'm smiling that she wanted to be with her friends and you helping her visit her favorite spots.

Thank you. We did try.

Goober was our girl for 7 yrs and she was the bird rescuer's girl for another 2 before she came to live with us.

Here she is surveying her realm in better days.

I am so sorry for your loss, and know that she will be missed. I have to add that this thread was amazingly infromative and educational for all to learn from. You did an amazing job with her and by sharing your story I am sure that you encouraged others to try everything possible... even though the outcome wasnt what you wanted, you should rest easy knowing you did all you could. my sympathy and support to you.
