It's on the right side of it's belly.

oh no... i am sorry to say I am not sure.... It could be a deformity or it could have injured it self on the way out if its egg.

It's still alive, so I'm hoping it's nothing.

How is the chick acting? I could totally be 100% wrong, but it doesn't look concerning to me. Sometimes when they hatch the flesh is kind of see-through. Also, could it be just a darker shade of skin there? If the chick is acting normal that is a good sign. I'm hoping some more experienced hatchers comment.
