Has anyone tried the HCG for weight loss?

The true meaning of the word "diet" is: The usual food and drink of a person or animal.

Meaning what you eat every day.

If your diet is un-healthy, you will gain weight, have health problems, allergy, no energy, cravings, and other assorted hoo haa.

If you have a healthy diet, you will maintain a healthy weight (not gain or loose), have energy, healthy joints, healthy poo, no strange sicknesses, and enjoy life and sleep well.

If you carry excess weight CHANGING your diet is only part of the deal. Exercise is key, even if it is only walking an hour a day.

Make your meals mostly raw or steamed veggies, and COMPLEX Carbs (whole grains, oat meal, etc....). and only a SMALL portion of a protein from meat. Eat as much of the veggies as you can. limit the meats and starches like potatoes and white bread. Eat lots of raw fruits. eat several small meals a day every few hours so you never get "starved" resulting in a pig out on fried pork chops, mashed taters, fried okra, Wonderbread (and a diet Coke).

Loose the sugary fizzy drinks.

Get yourself tested for Candida, and clense them out.
Eat at least two activia per day for two weeks to build up the "good bugs" in your intestignes.

Weight loss is NOT easy, but I promise, IT CAN BE DONE!!!!!!! YOU CAN AND WILL DO IT!!!!!!!!

Today 2:52 pm I am not trying to be mean but maybe exercise will work! This is just anneroxia with shots....500 cal is dangerous and any nutrionist will tell you that! Your gonna get skinny cause you are starving yourself! You might loose your hair, period and sanity in the process.
Why don't you learn to eat different and workout!!! You have no clue what the long term effect is on these shots!

Just curious, Silly Stunt, were those good diet pills, Phentremine?

My two cents on the HCG, mine was high all 3 pregs and I was sick (serious) for all 9 mths X 3 pregs. Doc said I was sensitive to it. Made me sick as a dog. Be careful!

well ferngully, we (St. Bob) have a couple of street lights now ..you wouldn't recognize the place.

Also as far as the weight loss drinking more water works wonders.
People often associate hunger with thirst and eat when they just need to hydrate. I just drink then if it hunger after all then at least it will take less to be satisfied because of the water.

as far as working out the Tabata protocol kick my butt...but after you do it a couple of times you just cant stop.

I've lost over 100 lbs in the past year. I feel really good, my family loves it and I couldn't be happier. My medications have been reduced, my chronic foot pain is gone. I just completed a triathlon and I still have about 50 lbs to lose.

I feel so good I am now a health coach and I help people all over the country lose weight. The program that I am on helps diabetics, people with high blood pressure & heart problems control not only their weight but also their medical conditions.

I know everyone has to do what's right for themselves. I could never consider surgery (even when I weighed 300 lbs) or medical/chemical intervention.

I use meal replacements, which I know many people are very skeptical of. I assure you I was one of the most skeptical but here is the big difference.

COACHING! 85% of people regain their weight without coaching and support. I have done almost every program out there. Jenny Craig, The Zone, Adkins... Medically prescribed programs.... You name it, except surgery or phenfen.

But nobody ever took the time (Not even at Jenny Craig) to pay attention or support me. Now I have an amazing coach and she has taught me to be a super coach too. I love talking, texting and emailing my weightloss clients. I see their success as my success and I love seeing them and seeing the tremendous boost in their self esteem.

And best of all, we look REALLY GOOD!!!!

It took me 40 years to gain the weight. I needed some very persistant reminders to change the habits that kept me from being able to lose the weight. Now that it is falling off, my doctor is thrilled, my husband is thrilled and I am so happy I feel like I'm walking on air!

Sorry to go on for so long. This has been such a profound changein my life I have trouble NOT talking about it.

Michelle
