Oh I understand that! At one time we had 15 cats, but my favorite went missing, we found him weeks later and since then he's living luxury nights in the heated garage while everyone else gets the hay barn! Our nice ones always leave and the mean ones camp here permanently. They were all strays except for one I adopted. I'm a sucker for cats, I cant bear to rehome even the mean ones! :barnie
Me too! And not any better with dogs, goats, birds.... daughter has a rat...:lau

Are eggs cheaper to irder than chicks? Is it more work? I was thinking of getting a mini n just trying it

Normally eggs can be slightly cheaper than day old chicks, and it does will require more work, candling, monitoring temp and humidity unless you have a broody, then there is the issue of hatch rate but the joy of hatching is amazingly addicting, am doing my 2nd sets of dozen right now.

I tend to want to save all the cats. I am also an animal person. I want to get Anatolian shepherd pups I found that are priced reasonably. Husband says he will think about it. Bet he already called about them and may show up in three weeks with a pup or two

If your animals were normal you would worry.
Yes! Big time.
Perfect example of what isn't expected. But normal here...:lau

No kidding?? I've wanted a rat for so long :weethat will be my next pet if I could ever convince my dad they weren't gross.. he hates them. I suppose I'm probably full up on pets right now :gigThere's a possibility I'll be adopting a baby goat later with growing issues, I'll need all the time I can spare with her
