Finally got my eggs in the incubator on Wednesday :celebrate this will be my second hatch so I hope it turns out well! I'm really hoping for Belgian Quail/Frizzle chicks, but I've got several roosters so who knows what these will turn out to be! On top of that, turns out my Sizzle and Cochin hens began sitting on eggs. The next 3 weeks are going to be exciting. :jumpy

Both of my ordered batches of hatching eggs arrived today. Of the order that only had 1 dozen hatching eggs in it (White Breese), none arrived broken. In my 2 dozen ordered batch of more B/B/S hatching eggs from another place, 5 eggs were broken and 1 egg is too skinny for my taste to hatch. I had to wipe the yolk off of the good ones. All of the good ones are resting now.
Oh no, maybe they did freeze. Hope you took pics. Hope you have a great hatch. I have a
beautiful White Bresse Roo from my shipped eggs. Maybe I will try ordering some more hatching eggs, so he can have at least four hens (mid Spring) after the Noreasters.....

Thank's! Well, the one's that arrived that had some broken were flown in on a plane somewhere in the NE where they keep having the storms at, plus I think that they could have been packaged better than they were. Those were some more of the breeder's Australorp's where I got my original ones from before. Just adding some more fresh blood to the line that I have here. On the Breese one's, I am hoping for a roo and 4 hens at least to hatch out from them. I can't believe that they charge $100.00 a plate for those White Breese in restaurants in France!
