Hatch-Along - Eggs set in November, due December, anyone?

I thought that still air incubators were supposed to be at 101 degrees at the top of the egg throughout incubation??

Day 20 is not passing! New Year Celebration 2012 seems like it was 4-5 months back only... time flies.... but not when you are incubating... NO SIR!!!
Yeah, yeah, I'm more worried about being a bit over temp then a bit under.. seems like there are more problems with being too hot then too cold. ??
Oh well theres not much I can do about it at this point. Hope they hatch or I'm getting a new incubator!

So when should I turn up the humidity? At three O'clock, or just tomorrow morning? I put them in the incubator at three O'clock in the afternoon when I started incubating them, is that when I should start bringing up the humidity, or do I need to be so specific?

day 20 passing...

I told you my theory 3D shrink wrapped can be saved, drowned can not. So I increased my humidity + got into lockdown on '12 hours past 18 days'. They say that the lockdown is needed when the chicks pip internally and till they pip externally, no crucial need for higher humidity.
That said I increased my humidity & got into lockdown with out looking for internal pip. So I think after 3'o clock. And I brought up mine in three steps, first took off the lid of water container to bring it to 60ish then introduced wick1 to bring to 65 and then wick2 for 70%

each of these with gaps of 2-3 hours, I don't know why I did it though.... Motherly instinct I guess

Still 8 hours of day 20 left...

Okay, thanks, Candyman. I was starting to worry about what I should do. Okay, so I will bring up the humidity tomorrow in the afternoon then I guess. :3 I'm off to flip my eggs over...

The baby chicks do really well with the nipple. No more messy water filled with wood chips :)
It's cute too, sometimes they line up like elementary school kids and takes turns at the "water fountain".
Although, like with school, sometimes a bully chick pushes the little ones away and hogs the water.
;)
