While the WH is now laying daily since Sunday, still nothing from the Cayuga. Not super surprised bc even though they share the same hatch date, she's been at least a week or more behind the WH in all developmental areas. Fingers crossed we're all flooded in eggs soon!

Side note: my kids had a taste test challenge between duck and chicken egg scrambled and duck won!!!! They loved it. And last night we had duck egg meatloaf

Yeah, They have a light. It's the one bulb version of this.

The one that laid her first egg today would have likely hatched 4/22 or 4/23, so 5/5 (which I think is what you said your WH hatched) may still be a week or two out. I can't imagine that it was one of my younger gals.
