8 EE's ( dad-1/2 favorelle-1/2 Amaracauna) moms EE's blue-blue and green eggs

3 Olive eggs ( dad 1/2 favorelle-1/2 Amaracauna)( mom-1/2 blue Amaracauna-1/2 BCM)

1 huge non double yolker ( I hope) This egg is dark brown almost redishbrown-dont know who laid this one since I had never seen this color egg show up yet.

10 small eggs MOMs-black bantam cochin-mille fluer-bantam light brahma-black bantam frizzle cochin-black bearded silkie-or WC polish
Das possiblities-ahh 5 of them all though I havent seen 3 doing the deed! I think I got lucky and was able to stick 1 split lav silkie egg in:)

We'll see-everyone who bought my eggs say they are so pretty and cute with heavy feathering down to the toes I Love feathery feathery birds. I cant wait I have 3 weeks to figure out what and where I will put these little buggers when they hatch-My "plan" pick the ones that are pure and keep them use Craigslist for the rest:)

Day 1-
Temp 101.2
Humidity-? unknown until I can fine the gage in the garage-not too concerned about that for a bit-Ill grab another gage at work tomorrow:)

I won't be able to give you such details on my hatch of your eggs, but I will try. You know my incubators are feathered. I do have my fingers crossed for fun that tiny white one will develop.

Of course, I'm hoping all the lavenders hatch lavender! Lol

I'm right behind as well, my hatch date is Jan 11. I only put in 6 eggs, 3 large brown, 2 EE's, and 1 light tan. I don't know what hen the eggs are from as all of mine are together, but I know the papa's are all black cochins. I should have some interesting mutts come out!

This is my first hatch, so I hope I don't mess it up!

Day 3 as of 4pm
temp spike this am 102.8-I turned it down to get to 101 before I left for work-other than that I havent looked! Ive been practicing patience--it is so so hard especially when so many others are hatching my eggs right now-Ive seen awesome candleing photos from Vfem-lockdown dates and chickies already and this is great!!!

I'm running a test hatch of 12 eggs. I'm trying the dry incubating method since my last hatch did not do well at all. ( I think for various reasons, and humidity may have been one of the issues.) I did a base reading of the humidity in the house, so I think dry method might be better way to do it.
I'm not sure what will hatch but the roo's are the Wynette boys. ( Black copper Maran, and an Olive egger named Houdini.) We also have a Silkie rooster, but I haven't witnessed him trying to mate any of the girls. The hens I took the eggs from are... Welsummer, RIR's, EE, and I think our BCM Roxie is finally laying.

They are due the 11th, so hopefully all goes well. Good Luck guys, and I'll keep an eye on this thread

Hi, My eggs are due to hatch the 9th as well! Or at least that will be day 21 for them so we'll see. I have 26 Buff Orpington eggs in now, and I guess a hatching buddy as well!

Good luck!
