Hatch On Dates: Oct-nov? Dont Forget About This Post!!!

[Stuck in the Coop]

Our chicken coop is roughly 15 yards from the house, near my son's window. Son has a very loud alarm clock (Sonic Boom) which flashes lights and shakes his bed at 5 am each morning. That silly rooster hears it and starts crowing every morning at 5 am when it's still dark!

if son gets to sleep in the rooster doesn't start til the sun is up. Who knew roosters used alarm clocks?

dnt worry unless ur temp drops below 95 degrees F. and the egg with the ring might have died but hopfully not, keep watching it, when were they put in?

Is it too late to join the hatch? I set 10 eggs on Friday, the 23rd. I have 5 green eggs from a very mixed splash hen with araucana somewhere in her genetics and 5 blue-green eggs from a black pure Ameraucana. I only set these eggs because I wanted to test the fertility of a crazy little rooster that I have. Adam looks like a birchen cochin with silkie feet-- and he's frizzled or possibly curley. I have read that when bred, roosters with a double frizzle gene will produce all frizzled chicks. Anyone have any feedback? This little guy looks pretty funny sometimes because his feathers are so wild.

Ok air temp ar 100 and wiggler at 99.8 doing good right now....steph thats what mine look like that are still alive!! Moving around and everything!! Good haching vibes to all!!!!
