Hatch pros...What would you recommend?

On Monday I received eggs from two breeders; five standard salmon favorelles and 8 standard light brahmas. I have them in my dark, cool pantry in egg cartons, big end up. I was supposed to get 6 standard blue laced red Wyandottes by noon yesterday but the they were not delivered. I am assuming they will come tomorrow along with 6 bantam mille fleur d'uccles from another breeder.

Would you hold them all until tomorrow and set them together? What would be the minimum time to allow the new guys to settle? Would you set them all on Friday after the air cells in the new arrivals have time to settle? Would you set the ones I have had since Monday now, and add the new ones on Friday? A staggered hatch?

This will be my first time using my new Brinsea Octagon Advance EX.

All recommendations appreciated. I lost 8 eggs in shipping so i don't want to risk losing any more. The eggs I got on Monday were shipped Priority Mail so they are probably a week old at least right now.

Thanks!

Mary
