Hatching baby quail need assistance!

Ok, don't do anything until after 24 hours from then, so around 4 today.
Ok, thank you so much. My ADD can kick in a lot like this and I get very impatient and impulsive😂 I’ll keep you posted on the other wabbler. I’ve only got 3 hatching, just wanted a few for some eggs, not looking for a whole bunch lol

How can I tell when he’s ready to start hatching on his own?

Also, I don’t know if I did it last night or this morning but the egg is accidentally turned upside down so it’s on the bottom side instead of top up, the way it’s been since lockdown. Should I move it back or keep it since it’s too late and he’s probably adjusted?

I would just leave it
 
I can’t tell but it’s doesn’t look like he is, he pokes his beak slightly out every once and a while
I think he still needs some more time. He should get more vocal when he's ready. How many hours has he been externally pipped now?
