The yolk gets sucked into the body cavity, it does not fall off, so I bet what you are seeing is just the leftover goo.I thought the "yolk" had fallen off but seen he is still dragging it along. Can't take a picture as he is currently sat on it!

If concerned do you have them on paper towels?...That's the best till 24 hours later..I know I'm a noob with ducks but none of the others came out like that. (Granted I didn't see 3 hatch though)
Don't wrap in moist towels at all you will shrink wrap them...The little guy I took the last picture of is in the bator on his own drying off, still carrying round the small yellowy stuff, it's the size of a UK 2 pence. The other two that I tried to assist as were shrink wrapping are in a seperate bator, they both have big holes, both breathing and wrapped in moist kitchen towels
