We have never had ducks actually sit on their eggs. Our female East Indie has been sitting on her eggs for over 4 weeks and nothing has happened. I checked one egg and it looked like something was inside but when I put it back she pushed it away from the nest. I felt horrible. Now I'm wondering if the rest are going to hatch or if I should take them away and hope she tries again? I don't want to go take them if there is still a possibility that they'll hatch!
