Hatching Eggs / Paypal CHAT Thread

I turned my incubator on to do some test hatches (just the styrofoam one) but since I set several groups of eggs, I needed to turn the cabinet on so the styrofoan could be used as a hatcher. So far I have 1 Speckled Sussex, 1 Icelandic, and one BCM hatched. A bantam Langshan died pipping. I have pips in BCM, Iowa Blue, Welsummer, and RIR and a BCM zipping. Now if my girls would lay more than 4-5 eggs a day so I can fill the cabinet for spring sales.

Yes, AyeUpChuck, the bator is on. LOL
yeah on the eggs hatching, I was so happy that my Australorps are laying good I get 5 eggs a day from them, waiting to get it up to 7 or 8. We are also getting 4-5 a day from 7 swedish flower hens, I will be separating my RIR this weekend. My special stuff is mostly only 1-2 hens so can't get many eggs that way but they are so adorable.

I thought I would be tempting/enabler

if anyone feels the need to give me their wild card swap, I might be offering some chocolates

as part of my trade as soon as something comes up that I can use. Just saying if they wanted to, this is not a bribe just encouragement.

So if your fast on your mine you might get to claim something cool(could be Imported Chocolates)

Cmon, I know someone wants these

I also have 7 turkey eggs that can go tomorrow. They are from my bourbon red pen which I have a BR tom, 2 BR hens, and 4 bronze hens so not sure who is laying
By chance are any of your silkies smooth? The silked ones freak me out but I'll send them to Beth if there is a chance I could get smooth ones.....

I would take them in a heartbeat, but my incubator is full. Silkies sell for a premium here. I would list them in the for sale pages as a 1 day auction if there isn't any response on here.

My basque are EXCESSIVELY friendly birds and I love them dearly. I have to watch the teenagers they perch on your shoulder while you are doing chores and get under your feet....and I DONT handle my birds much.

Haven't killed anyone lately!!! if I were to murder anyone, I think axe would be my LAST choice (way too messy and it would hurt my back!)

And I would be willing to hose down the bottoms of my shoes with lysol prior to getting out of my car, if that helps your peace of mind any. We have taken to carrying it in the car just in case we go somewhere with chickens. I've been very lucky so far but don't want to push my luck!

She would love either one. I giving her a barred rock, SFH, EE, and OE as well.
I promise, no axes here! I don't think I even own one!

Good to know about the general lack of axe skills
