ok I am suppose to be heading to bed. However just got word the new hatcher is done and we are working out details to get it picked up. Its so pretty, will be a shame to use it and make it dirty inside.

thank you, he is a pure craftsman in every since of the word. I highly recommend, we measured our redwoods and the goose eggs and he designed this to fit as many as possible as a dedicated hatcher for the geese. We will use it as an incubator and hand turn during the heaviest laying months.

He does 2 drawer hatchers that can sit on top of the dickey and gqf cabinets all nice and neat too. http://www.hatchcraftincubators.com/

he is here on BYC also HatchCraft

Just tell him he could have ended up with the 300 that my son currently has and the 2000 meat bird orders we have for this year, but wait we haven't even gotten to the two hundred midgets we need for thanksgiving, the 60 BBWs and we are still taking orders.

Just saying things could always be worse, or MORE.

And we have more hatching eggs for my son on the way. Woooohoooo!

WHOA. Will you be just hatching those, or do you actually grow out and process that many?

So I just found a cache of 15 eggs under the umbrella next to the trailer.  and I thought my girls were holding out on me!  LOLOLOL
Woot! and 10 of them were dorking eggs so I can do my Pysanky!  (I was actually thinking I should check their health because they'd stopped laying!!!)

Woot! Great discovery!

I lost one of my Coral Blue guinea today.  We came back from lunch and I saw my sons Lab eating something... it was my guinea. :hit   He was already thinking of getting rid of him.  I told him he will continue to do it now that he has tasted BLOOD.  He has not been very happy with the dog anyway.....  the guinea was all by its self so it didn't have any protection of the flock (it was younger and had not fully integrated into the flock yet.... now I have 1 left of that age, maybe it will stick with the flock now)  I told hubby to not let them out :he

So sorry about your guinea!
