I hatched out three of Papa Brooders Swedish Flower Hens. One is not quite like the others....

Any ideas about what it could be?

A SFH??? I hatched one that was black. They can be any color so you never know what will hatch.

I'm pretty sure SFH can hatch out any dang color the one I hatched in December looked like the dark one

Wow...cool. It just looks so different. It even seems to have a different body shape. Very interesting.

They all look like SFH to me.

That is one of the wonderful things about them - they come in SOOO many beautiful colors!

I had a wonderful visit with crazypetlady, cluckitall and babymakes6 yesterday. Such nice people! It was wonderful to meet Rachael and Daphne and put faces to their names. I met Heather last spring - it was good to see you and your wonderful children again - sorry I had to leave so soon after you got there.

Rachael has some seriously beautiful birds

and Daphne makes an awesome Keylime Cheesecake!!! (care to send me the recipe?

) I'm going to have to step up my stalking skills.
