oh well! the ones that are left will be awesome!!!

Have a great day everyone!!

COF I have the cutest little tiny Midget Tom. He woułd be the most adorable little fat b.....I have to take a pic of him. We keep calling him tiny T. But that's only because we already gave a fat B in a monster of a dark Cornish.

Quote: you two are too funny! At 48 pounds tell him to fly himself here.

Morning all..................goosey goodness here, three of 5 dewlap eggs are externally pipped, 1 or 2 white sebbies eggs, our first egg from Liberty (blue goose with a buff gander). Waiting for one more dewlap and an american egg. Also woke up to chicks (SBEL) hatched and some ducklings. Looks like this weeks storm that knocked power out did more damage than I thought to the eggs that were due this week (duck and chicken)

Congratulations on the new goslings! I hope the power outage didn't do too much damage!

to those having poor hatches.

We still have some snow on the ground, but it is patchy and temps today and tomorrow are suppose to be in the 50s

I will be outside picking up branches and soaking up some sunshine!

To my Bunny Buddy, when you get your box, please understand that it was a crazy week and I literly made the post office with 2 min to spare and didn't even have a chance to put in a note because I was frantically finishing the last part. Sigh. But you'll know it's me because I put my username on the box

X2 I barely got it out, and no note. Easter bunny doesn't have thumbs...how can he write??!!?? but he did put some locally made chocolate in there...I just hope my bunny buddy likes coconut. (I forgot that some people don't)
Here's my French Blue Copper roo... I really like him, but also appreciate any feedback you all might have about him... My boys named him Tornado... he got some frostbite this winter in the -18 temps we had, but didn't lose as much of his comb as I thought he might...

I think Tornado is Gorgeous!!!!!

Good morning to you!!!! I am so thrilled about it being friday I can't tell you.

I really need to win the lottery. I have such plans if I did. I want to build a satellite location of the John C. Cambell school 3 hours west of DC. and make the grounds gorgeous and tranquil and maybe even build in a bit of a spa...for people not used to blacksmithing or whatever cool historic craft they are learning to get a massage if they need one after using muscles they haven't ever used before.

G'mornin!

I have a quick question...a friend of mine that works at the park found a nest of 3 canadian geese eggs, he had to remove them, because that's where they are working...he brought them to me last night

those darn things take up the space of 9 chicken eggs...or a dozen or so bantam eggs, lol. I have never incubated goose before...is there any difference? Higher humidity? 28 days like turkey and most ducks? help? lol
