Hatching Eggs / Paypal CHAT Thread

Hey guys, got a question about hatching eggs. I'm on day 23 and all but one egg has hatched. The unhatched egg is peeping, but has not pipped yet. Should I intervene, and if so, when?

I prefer waiting until they're actually laying and fertility has been checked before offering swap eggs. I'm currently waiting for serama and D'Uccle eggs to test fertility before offering them for swaps.

The swaps for eggs that have not started laying yet is known to the swapper. That is why we have the rule implemented that you are supposed to have on your page what birds you have- pictures of the birds- how many roos/hens - and what age they are. I have taken multiple swaps of eggs that were chicks at the time and knew what I was chancing but, I wanted what was offered. If everyone sticks by the rules and reads what they are accepting and checks out the pages that everyone is supposed to have we would probably not have any of these mix ups.

I am the same way... I have to hatch some out here before I will offer any up.

I so prefer shipping birds to eggs, easier for me for some reason.

if I owe you eggs and you want hatchlings instead......speak up cause I really DO enjoy shipping lives over eggs any old day
