Just unpacked nj eggs from cjwaldon. The PO folded in one side of the box, but all 6 eggs are intact! Thanks Candice!
Every single airsac is ruptured, which is a bummer... But I won't turn them and see if that helps. It looks like the literally three the box on the ground as hard as they could to fold the side of the box like they did. It's not even the corner dented, it is the entire side rippled.

Good morning everyone!

I find out today if I got the assistant managers position at work!

I also find out what is wrong for sure with my car. We sent it in last night and we think the timing chain broke but we are not 100% sure. The chevy dealer I sent it to told me he should know what is wrong with it early this afternoon.

Hopefully those both turn into some good news later. Other than that I am off all weekend so lots of chicken and horse chores to do! Need to clean out 2 pens in the chicken barn and need rto clean the entire horse barn top to bottom. Anyone want to come help?

Morning all........... heading out to wade through some deep water. So much rain we lost the entire rear pasture. We lost the front yard the LLO flock has use of too.

So hoping we get a good wind this weekend to dry it out and then we shall have a dump truck of new dirt brought into the front to fill it back up again.

Huh! I will have to get on my roommate about that. We have a Silver Appleyard now, so I guess all yellow/black ducks are Appleyards!

Yay! They really are gigantic. The ones I have in the brooder now are the same size as the midget white turkeys and peachick that hatched the same day. A few are even bigger!

How are the chicks that you were losing? Did you figure out what was happening?

I did not. My light isn't new, its been on about 2 months...I am going to take pics when I get home to post so maybe you guys can help problem solve for me

LOL, I  found out I  had  worked with ( tangentially) the parents of one of my guild mates  early on. Freaked her right out.  we did not have that conversation again for a LONG TIME.

I met a lot of military folk and air traffic controllers in my wow times. And a lot of parents.  It can be both good and bad for both.  Raiding creates structure and  gives you a lot of  organizational experience.  But it is also a time suck and a  positive feedback loop that can get out of control.   But in a time where  friends can be few and far between it can build a strong community. I still know a lot of people and I got exposed to ideas and  ways of life that I had not been before, and I have    been a LOT of places and met a lot of people. If it was an eye opener for me, I can imagine it  would be a very good influence for people who have been a little more isolated, if they allow it to be.

Like it or not, online communities are shaping our world. So we might as well make them positive things, IMO.
If only it had helped my spelling more...

Ironically, I learned how to type quickly by playing Diablo 2. I could never shut up, but I couldn't stand around getting killed. That game alone is responsible for 90 words per minute.
