Thats awsome =) things like this one person at a time can change the world.Well, that was very coolI sold off my 3 m-o australorp pullets the other day (not very inspiring hatchery stock and I needed the room) which meant my new Aussie roo didn't have any playmates and I no longer needed him, so I put him on craigslist for free, which didn't work, so I threw in one of my older barred rock layers, too. Just got picked up by a young kid, maybe 22, 23, clearly working on his last shoestring, as a Christmas gift for his cousin (who I suspect doesn't have much more to work with and has kids). He's hoping she can hatch out more eggs and have a whole flock, so I gave him one of the Omaha Steaks coolers I got given last week and told him to come check out BYC for instructions

WOW... they are so slow growing that is going to be hard to just grow them seasonally. I have had mine for just over a year and I STILL could not keep up with the chickens for treats.
Billionaire, no -- but when I'm a best-selling NYT novelist, I will buy the newest, most expensive import I can find and share like a madwoman!!! (Won't be hard...)
Go for another type of bestselling author. NY times only takes reporting from like 7 stores it is easy to screw with.
Not as corrupt as it once was, but still not a terribly good way to gauge sales.
OK back off my soapbox. Until, someone starts talking about the case Schiller index...
