Finally had to do my first round of removals -- it was becoming a zoo in there! 10 chicks now in the brooder -- all three buff brahmas, yay!!!, one BCM, one coronation sussex, two tiny little mystery chicks from CPL, and three barred cochins who have the FUZZIEST little legs -- it's so adorable
It looks like they're wearing pantaloons
Another coronation now stumbling around the incubator, along with my very first silkie from RBF! There's a second silkie zipping, and pips all over the place. Still no sign from my lone duckie, which makes me sad -- she's the very last egg that suffered through the lousy-bator (which I took great pleasure in crushing to bits) but I'm not giving up hope yet. It's gonna be a busy night!!!
