I'm going to check on them again in a few minutes. They literally just got put in the brooder. I think it helps that there are chicks in there eating.

Can't wait for my first batch to hatch next weekend...

Hey everybody!! I'm finally feeling better and like my head is no longer going to explode, sheesh.. Seriously that is the WORST cold I have had in many years, yuck... And the kiddos are better, too, finally, time to air out the house and wash everything, lol!!

Well, I'm >1175 posts behind, yikes!! I tried looking at a few posts and saw some stuff about genetics in the rhodebars (always very interesting), shipped eggs, lots and lots of hatching, TD's birthday (why didn't I say anything on my birthday a couple weeks ago, you guys are awesome birthday wishers!!) a pic of sawwithchicks son's foot (youch!) and lots of neat stuff I know I missed...

My bator is also full... good thing I have some going into lockdown on Friday or I wouldn't have room for the eggs TNBearchick sent yesterday, haha, that or I guess I could use the bator I use for hatching to actually incubate in temporarily, wouldn't THAT be terrible??

I will start filling my swaps after I collect for the easter hatch, so far I'm seeing good development in the ones I have in my bator, yay!!

Oh yeah, also saw something about giving away a swap that Walli gave us?? I think I know who to give mine to, what am I supposed to do, PM Walli??
