You will have to let us know how they taste. Does anyone plan to finish off the White Bresse like the French?
I plan on raising some for my own dinner table but I'm not locking them in a dark box. LOL I will have raw goats milk by the end of the year and will probably soak their feed in it. I also plan on putting my White Bresse rooster over my broiler crosses and white rocks to hopefully get some nice meat birds out of them too.
Not that I need any more chickens and I was becoming overly obsessed with watching what was being offered for fear of missing something I really wanted. So I guess what I'm trying to say is I have no problem waiting. But for how long?
