When my son raised hogs in 4H, he'd always raise an extra, we'd sell half and put half in the freezer. The first thing to disappear was always the bacon. It's too bad you can't just make bacon out of the whole pig! Lol
Nope.... I wanted to try this indian restraunt one time though and hubby was like no way they make some of the hottest foods there is.I am game for trying new things, but I can't handle to spicy of foods it gets to my ashtma.

Too bad you're not closer! Indian is one of my specialties and believe it or not most of their food is mild to not spicy at all. The English are partially to blame for some of the heat involved in those silly hot curries. Curry basically means gravy and there are TONS of regional ones in India. Masala means spice but as in flavor and not necessarily heat. I love making Indian food. I grow a great deal of the herbs that they use and dry some for te winter months. There's a FABULOUS website called vahrehvah.com that has really awesome authentic recipes. Highly recommend it!
