I agree. If it wasn't so darn warm already I'd wait to have it replaced but it's too hot in this house.They are going to get you one way or another. We have one of those hot water spouts that kept breaking. It was under in-home warranty and qualified for free replacement, but because we were outside their service techs area, it cost us as much as buying a new one for the service call.![]()

yup and they are ginormous! Plus she can't get up to the nest box, so she has a lower cabinet all to herself. I would love for one of the boys to breed her, but she has no patience and just gets up and walks around with the Tom still up there.
