I read somewhere that the frozen apple juice can be substituted for unpasteurized....maybe it contains more pulp
also just read that if you have a press you can make your own....takes about 15 lbs of apples for one gallon though

Ugh so I forgot I bid on this other incubator . . . And now it looks like I'm gonna win it.

Yea I wanted a small one so I don't go hatch crazy but now I guess I'm going to have two small incubators lol.

I don't think i will ever hatch laying on the side again....these sumatras are hatching a lot faster and easier (it seems) than they do when laying on their sides, and so far zero issues with any of them, and its a lot cleaner.

Anyone know where I can get unpasteurized apple cider at? I need 3 gallons and the stores only have pasteurized.

If you have a Vitamin Shoppe nearby, they carry Bragg's in the gallon size.

Oh wait, do you want cider or cider vinegar?

yeah laying on their side like they would under a hen....I hatched these upright in an egg carton
btw....have you read up on incubating shipped eggs?
